Job Title: Senior AI Projects Manager

Department: Technical Project Management

Job Purpose: To manage and lead technical projects related to AI software development, ensuring successful implementation within defined budgets and timelines while maintaining product quality, and managing development teams consisting of programmers, developers, and specialists in diverse technical fields.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop and implement project plans and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Supervise and manage technical teams, including:
    • UI/UX Specialists
    • Data Science and AI experts
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  • Develop and manage timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues arising during project execution.
  • Monitor quality and conduct ongoing reviews of final deliverables.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to executive management.
  • Ensure adherence to allocated project budgets and effective resource management.
  • Develop the team's skills and provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Oversee and ensure effective API integration processes with various third-party services and internal platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years managing AI-related projects.
  • Extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary development teams (Backend, Frontend, Flutter, Python, Django, Flask, UI/UX, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Proven experience with API integrations, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, and third-party platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in professional English, both spoken and written.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent leadership skills with high capability in motivating and guiding teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across various management and technical levels.
  • Advanced organizational and management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI best practices and commercial/industrial applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage priorities.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to handle and quickly adapt to project requirement changes.
