Job Description:

Role:- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Consultant - MetricStream Specialist

As a GRC Consultant specialized in MetricStream GRC solution, you will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation and integration of the MetricStream GRC solution within our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to evaluate existing processes, establish compliance frameworks, and optimize risk management strategies to meet regulatory requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation of MetricStream GRC Solution: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the MetricStream GRC platform, including configuring modules for risk management, compliance, audits, and policy management. Collaborate with the implementation team of MetricStream, our IT, and business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines for successful implementation. Responsible for facilitating the development of risk and control libraries, assist in mapping of policies, processes, and standards against the control library, and assist in mapping of applicable regulations against the controls.
  2. Needs Assessment and Process Improvement: Conduct assessments of current governance, risk, and compliance processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Design and document workflows, processes, and controls that align with the MetricStream GRC solution and enhance compliance posture.
  3. Configuration and Customization: Configure the MetricStream GRC solution based on our needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Build workflows, develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into risk and compliance status.
  4. Governance Framework Development: Assist in the development and documentation of governance frameworks that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Facilitate the establishment of roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures for effective governance.
  5. Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on the use of MetricStream and associated GRC processes. Support change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of the GRC solution across the organization.
  6. Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and maintain metrics and KPIs and KRIs to track the performance and effectiveness of GRC initiatives and compliance activities. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders on compliance status, risk exposure, and project progress.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest MetricStream features, updates, and industry trends to leverage new functionalities and best practices for continuous enhancement of the GRC framework. Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure ongoing compliance and performance of GRC practices.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a GRC consultant or in a similar role, specifically with MetricStream GRC solution implementations. In-depth knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000, NIST) and relevant regulations (e.g., KSA, Bahrain, UAE, Oman).
  • Demonstrated experience with configuring and customizing MetricStream GRC solutions. Implementation experience in the Banking domain will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Professional Certifications

CRISC/ CISM and Relevant certifications in GRC solutions or MetricStream are preferred.

Experience

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in the Information Security domain.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with GRC solutions (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream) implementation. 2 years' experience in MetricStream GRC solution will be preferred.
