About the role

Partnership for Education are looking for a Programme Leader who will be responsible for delivering new bespoke training programmes for aspiring school leaders on behalf of the leading academic publisher and assessment organisation based full-time in a training academy institute in Riyadh.

The Programme Leader will lead the day-to-day teaching, assessment, academic tutoring, and administration of the new training programmes. We are looking for an experienced trainer who is an expert in the field of K12 leadership, committed to educational quality and creating a positive learning environment that supports academic success.

About you

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of pedagogy, training principles, and leadership theories. Proficiency in online teaching tools and fluency in English, with a preference for Arabic, are essential. A bachelor's degree, relevant postgraduate qualification, and a teaching credential are required.

Candidates should have demonstrable K12 classroom teaching experience, along with experience in a K12 school leadership position. Experience of delivering leadership programs, particularly in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East, is advantageous.

Experience in supporting, evaluating, coaching, and mentoring trainees is crucial. High flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are essential in order to succeed in this role. This role demands the ability to establish positive professional relationships, work independently, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively. Commitment to one's own professional development, time management, intercultural competence, people management, and IT skills are also required.
