Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, and programs are realized.
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Conduct induction and onboarding activities for newly joined employees.
- Take care of employee grievances.
- Responsible for employee relations.
- Prepare and update PPTs and employee manuals.
- Ensure that any letter issued by the organization is filed.
- Follow up with the finance department on the Gossi payments.
- Prepare monthly salary sheets for employees.
- Issue short-term business/visit visas for clients and vendors.
- Good knowledge of Employment Law.
- Experience in Human Resources Management.
- Expert in employee interaction.
Qualifications:
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in HR tools.
- Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
