Responsibilities

  • Assist the Group Chief HR Officer in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and provide reports on compensation, benefits, and other HR-related matters as required.
  • Offer guidance and support to the HR department on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement HR-related IT solutions, particularly the Oracle HR Management System.
  • Oversee all HR activities related to both staff and workers within the organisation.
  • Handle and address employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
  • Manage workers' accommodations and ensure compliance with the company's Workers Welfare policy.
  • Supervise personnel department activities as needed.
  • Review HR documents requiring Delegation of Authority approval, highlighting any concerns to the Group Chief HR Officer and Managing Director.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed for day-to-day operations.
  • Advise and support HR teams across business units in aligning HR programs and procedures with company policies.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Group Chief HR Officer.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - HR Management Certification
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years experience
