Job Responsibilities
  • Develop new business in the commercial laundry sector (hotels, hospitals, laundries).
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by offering technical support and customized laundry solutions.
  • Promote and sell liquid detergents and hygiene products to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance for washing machine programming and set up optimized washing programs according to linen types and specific customer needs.
  • Advise clients on the correct dosing of chemicals and best practices to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor product performance and provide training to client staff as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical service reports.
  • Provide post-sale support to guarantee customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Represent the company in public events, product launches, demonstrations, and product trials, ensuring professional communication and product knowledge.

Skills

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Laundry & Hygiene specializing in selling liquid detergents to commercial laundries, hotels, and hospitals.
  • Local market experience.
  • Strong knowledge of washing machine programming and laundry processes.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform professional in-service training for customer's end users on systems application.
  • Demonstrate decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Proven command on improving conversion rates through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
