Responsibilities:
  • Assist HR Manager in developing HR strategies in managing various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and manage HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Saudi labor laws, particularly for the construction and EPC sector.
  • Monitor and coordinate all matters related to work permits and visas.
  • Implement comprehensive training and development programs for employees.
  • Manage the job evaluation system and motivate performance.
  • Work to improve the work environment and enhance the company's culture.
  • Supervise payroll and benefits operations to ensure compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized/reputed University.
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management preferred.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in large industrial or commercial companies, with a minimum of 1-2 years as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in policy development and performance management.
