As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with large organizations and securing meetings with key decision-makers within our target accounts. You will leverage account-based outreach strategies, conduct in-depth research to identify the right contacts, and effectively position the company as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey. This role demands strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a persistent approach to navigate complex account structures and unlock new business opportunities.

Job Description

  • Identify key stakeholders within target accounts, including decision-makers, influencers, and champions.
  • Conduct research on target accounts, including their business, industry, and priorities.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies for each target account.
  • Engage with prospects at all levels through various channels to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Position the company as a valuable partner that can address their specific business objectives.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings with high-value accounts for Enterprise Sales Executives, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to share account insights, track progress, and refine strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships and keep momentum within accounts.
Required Skills
  • Passion for sales and a drive to excel in a sales role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with cold-calling sales techniques and strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to embrace change and thrive in dynamic sales environments.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the sales field, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
