We are seeking a Medical Insurance Officer to join our team in Al Khobar. This role is open to Saudi nationals only and is responsible for processing and evaluating medical insurance claims, verifying patient insurance coverage, and liaising with insurance companies to ensure smooth claim approvals. The ideal candidate will have experience handling medical approvals and managing tasks on the Nafess platform.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all claims comply with relevant policies, regulations, and insurance guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting patients with insurance-related inquiries.
- Providing exceptional customer service while resolving insurance-related issues.
- Collaborating with the finance department to reconcile payments and address discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance procedures, approvals, and claims processing.
- Experience dealing with insurance companies and handling approvals efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Nafess platform and insurance regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Analytical skills with great attention to detail in claim evaluations.
- Proficiency in finance and accounting principles related to medical billing and insurance.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to assist patients and coordinate with insurance providers.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
