We are currently seeking a talented Graduate Analyst to join our Asset Management Advisory team. As an Analyst, you will work closely with our consultants and project managers to provide critical insights, analysis, and recommendations to clients in order to drive strategic success and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on asset management trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges for our clients.
  • Collaborate with project teams to collect and analyse data, perform financial modelling, and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of client engagements, including strategy development, performance improvement, and operational transformation projects.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables that effectively communicate complex information and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance the analytical capabilities of the Asset Management Advisory team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in asset management to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, modelling, and using relevant tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and insights clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated passion for asset management, innovation, and the engineering advisory sector.
