  • Leading the development of Shutdown and Outage Planning to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Developing and implementing frameworks for Lifecycle Analysis, assessing asset performance and longevity.
  • Ensuring Mitigation Solutions are in place for potential safety, operational, and reliability risks.
  • Driving resource allocation through Resource Strategy and Management to optimize team performance and asset utilization.
