Job Overview:

The Finance Manager will manage project financing, maintain company books, and ensure financial integrity. This role requires expertise in capital raising, budgeting, and financial analysis for real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Financing: Lead fundraising efforts through loans, equity, and investor relations.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and project financial analysis.
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Oversee accounting processes, ensure timely financial reporting, and manage cash flow.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and senior executives to align financial strategies with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CFA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate banking or real estate finance.
  • Strong financial modeling, project finance, and capital-raising expertise.
  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
