Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team to drive new business opportunities for our IT Products. This role is crucial in supporting the sales process and ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and cold outreach.
- Identify prospects' needs and qualify them for further discussions with the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team to explore new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster future sales.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospects after meetings to facilitate a smooth handover to the sales team.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and pipeline activity.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, Sales support, Tele sales or a related role, preferably in IT Products, software development, e-commerce, or e-payment.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Ability to qualify leads and understand client needs.
- Native Arabic Speaker with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- A self-motivated, independent performer who can work autonomously and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
