About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-centric Head of Wealth Advisory – KSA to lead the advisory function and drive client engagement in Saudi Arabia. This role will be central to building our on-the-ground presence and scaling a team of highly skilled wealth advisors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wealth management, financial planning, and team leadership within the Kingdom, and will be passionate about delivering world-class advisory experiences to affluent and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  1. Serve as the lead advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive, goal-based financial planning and investment advice.
  2. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  3. Act as the face of Vault's advisory team in KSA, consistently upholding our values and client-first ethos.

Team Leadership & Advisor Recruitment

  1. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of wealth advisors across Saudi Arabia.
  2. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing learning within the advisory team.
  3. Provide training and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of Vault's financial planning framework and client experience.

Business Development & Scaling

  1. Work closely with the founders to implement Vault's go-to-market strategy and grow the client base.
  2. Develop local referral networks and partnerships with family offices, professionals, and ecosystem partners to drive new business.
  3. Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand share of wallet.

Financial Planning & Advisory Excellence

  1. Apply deep expertise in financial planning, wealth structuring, and investment solutions tailored to client needs in the Kingdom.
  2. Ensure Vault's planning methodology and tools are effectively utilized to help clients achieve their goals.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and client preferences in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth advisory or private banking, with at least 5 years based in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Strong technical knowledge in financial planning, portfolio construction, and advisory best practices.
  3. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional advisory outcomes for HNW clients.
  4. Experience hiring and leading advisory teams in a performance-driven culture.
  5. Deep understanding of the Saudi regulatory landscape and evolving client needs in the local market.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  7. CIMA, CFP, CFA or similar relevant certification preferred.
  8. Must be a Saudi National.
