As a SAP Success Factor Consultant at ACS, you will play a key role in the company's business development and help acquire cutting-edge technology for enterprise customers. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Success Factor solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor or Master degree in any field
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, including hands on design and configuration
  • Functional expertise in several HCM areas including organizational management, personnel administration, payroll, time management, HR reporting, etc
  • Strong understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for specific work streams Data Conversion, Testing
  • Integration experience of SuccessFactors into SAP HR On Prem is a plus
  • Proven management and delivery skills
  • Good Communication in English
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP Success Factor solutions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes, including talent management, employee central, performance management, and recruiting
  • Experience with SAP Success Factor integration with other HR systems and applications
  • Proven experience in project management and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
