We are looking for a Team Leader with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier.

You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance, and promoting regular and proactive on-site communication with the customer and the people using the equipment. As a team leader, you will be responsible for driving and executing VA & VB repair activities and managing a team of technicians.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring safety on site by applying good safety practices, highlighting proactive risk identification, and adhering to STOP and GO principles.
  2. Managing on-site communication with the customer for daily installation activities, in coordination with the Field Supervisor.
  3. Managing the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
  4. Performing reception, checking, and storage of materials, ensuring the security of the delivered equipment through proper storage and site handling.
  5. Carrying out the installation according to predetermined methods and schedules, ensuring high quality and timely installation following KONE standards.
  6. Reporting installation progress to the Field Supervisor.
  7. Maintaining installation tooling in good condition and promoting quality feedback for continuous improvement.
  8. Responding promptly to unexpected events via communication with the Field Supervisor.
  9. Applying lean principles to avoid work interruptions and promoting huddles initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automation) or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Preventive Maintenance.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Proficiency in basic IT skills and a solid foundation in digital technologies.
