About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Sales team and drive AI and Data Solutions sales. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver AI-driven solutions that add real value.

As an Account Manager, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and closing deals to managing long-term client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure our solutions meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI adoption, helping businesses transform through cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and drive AI & Data Solutions sales.
  3. Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to contract negotiations and closing deals.
  4. Work with the Product and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  5. Ensure customer success by providing ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities.
  6. Stay updated on AI and Data trends to position nybl as a thought leader in the market.
  7. Meet and exceed revenue targets, driving growth for both clients and nybl.

The Skills You'll Need:

  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in AI, SaaS, Data Solutions, or Cloud services.
  2. Proven ability to build and close enterprise-level deals.
  3. Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics solutions.
  4. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with different teams.
  6. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales.
  7. Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
