About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our client, a successful and rapidly growing Well-Known Organization that specializes in Human Resources Services in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic executive with a proven track record in digital strategy, business transformation, and revenue acceleration. This individual will play a critical role in driving the company's next phase of growth, leading the digital and business strategy, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding the organization's footprint.

As CEO, you will provide leadership to a diverse executive team, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategies that align with the company's mission and growth objectives. You will also lead initiatives in human resources services, including recruitment and workforce qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Implement strategies for sales acceleration, expanding client acquisition and retention in both digital retail and HR services.
    • Drive new business development, expanding the company's customer base and revenue streams.
    • As CEO, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth and enhancing overall profitability.
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision
    • Define and execute the company's vision, mission, and long-term growth strategies, aligning with market opportunities in digital retail and human resources services.
    • Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance business operations and customer experiences.
    • Spearhead strategic planning and business modeling to identify new markets, products, and revenue streams.
  • Business Strategy & Operations
    • Develop and implement effective corporate strategies aimed at accelerating business growth in both B2B & B2C and digital marketplace sectors.
    • Oversee all aspects of operations management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
    • Drive P&L management, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and financial health.
    • Ensure robust business intelligence (BI) systems and data-driven decision-making processes are in place.
  • Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, investors, and government bodies to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
    • Maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication regarding performance, strategy, and potential risks.
    • Manage Board relations, providing regular updates on strategic initiatives, financial performance, and organizational development.
  • Human Resources & Talent Strategy
    • Oversee human resource services, including large-scale recruitment and qualification of candidates to meet market demands across various industries.
    • Lead initiatives for talent acquisition and workforce development.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through team building, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Risk & Financial Management
    • Oversee financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Develop and implement risk management frameworks to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Expertise
    • Proven experience in Digital Strategy, Business Strategy, and Digital Transformation.
    • Strong background in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, and Operations Management.
    • Hands-on experience in P&L Management, Financial Planning, and Budgets.
    • Ability to lead Business Analysis, Market Research, and Business Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills
    • Demonstrated Executive Leadership and Board-Level Engagement experience.
    • Excellent Relationship Building skills with Investors, Board Members, and Strategic Partners.
    • Strong capabilities in Team Leadership, Team Management, and Training & Development.
    • Outstanding Negotiation, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills.
    • A Growth Mindset with a passion for Culture Building and Entrepreneurship.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical rigor and Decision-Making skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is highly preferred).
  • Master's Degree is Preferred.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a CEO or Executive Leadership role.
  • Strong background in Human Resources Industry.
