Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at WISTER in Jeddah. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial forecasting.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in food and beverages industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
