The Role:
As our Project Manager, you will manage the EPMO team on Hospital level through monitoring the development process and ensuring that the projects on-hand are executed as agreed in terms of quality, standards and guidelines as well as ensuring the budget and deliverable dates are met as per SGH business objectives and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
- Supervise the implementation of EPMO policies, systems, processes, procedures and internal controls covering the assigned areas of the division so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- Manage and monitor various critical issues and risks presented on a project coming from contractors, consultants or any other external party and develop action plans to mitigate them as well as solve conflicts.
