Responsibilities:

  1. International supplier quality management and quality system establishment.
  2. Conduct international supplier audits and supplier admission evaluations, develop corrective action plans, and establish a reasonable supplier assessment mechanism.
  3. Responsible for liaising with third-party quality inspection agencies, completing quality control during the production process of international suppliers, and conducting factory quality inspections.
  4. Use 8D and 5Why to analyze international supplier quality issues, generate reports, and optimize supplier quality.
  5. Responsible for training international suppliers on quality requirements.
  6. Responsible for managing the introduction of new projects from international suppliers, forming project weekly reports, and handling unexpected situations in the project.
  7. Ensure OTD and OQD of international suppliers in accordance with project and global marketing team requirements.

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of experience in supplier quality management, with the ability to develop and audit new suppliers.
  • Knowledge of Saudi procurement models and experience in managing international suppliers.
  • Fluent in spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Experience in the machining industry and majored in engineering or science is preferred.
  • Ability to clearly interpret drawings and familiarity with process machining workflows.
  • Experience in new project introduction and management for suppliers.
  • Skilled in teamwork and communication, with leadership abilities to coordinate different functional departments to complete projects.
