Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, team management, and guest satisfaction at a luxury restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for fine dining. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, operational excellence, and the ability to create an elevated dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Guest Experience Management:

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  2. Ensure a seamless and refined dining experience by upholding hospitality and brand guidelines.
  3. Handle guest relations, special requests, and VIP clientele with discretion and professionalism.
  4. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  5. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, including waitstaff, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
  6. Motivate staff to deliver personalized and exceptional guest service.
  7. Conduct ongoing training and development programs to enhance service standards.

Financial & Business Performance:

  1. Manage restaurant budgets, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
  2. Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and operational costs to optimize profitability.
  3. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive restaurant promotions and events.

Inventory & Supplier Management:

  1. Oversee menu planning, pricing, and inventory control.
  2. Work with chefs and suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients and efficient stock management.
  3. Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or fine dining.
  2. Proven track record in luxury dining establishments, hotel restaurants, or high-end hospitality.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  4. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and revenue forecasting.
  5. Ability to lead and inspire a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certifications in food safety, restaurant management, or sommelier training.
  2. Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  3. Experience in event planning and restaurant marketing strategies.
