Our Swimming Academy partners are seeking experienced Swim Coaches/Teachers who are committed to delivering high-quality swimming programs for kids and adults at all stages and abilities. If you have a proven track record in building successful programs and communities, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver engaging swim programs for children and adults across all levels, from beginners to advanced.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for learning and development.
  • Support the growth of our swimming community by building strong relationships with participants and their families.
  • Conduct assessments and provide progress reports for students.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve programs and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching/coaching swimming across various age groups and skill levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale programs in the region or similar environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Current certifications in First Aid, Lifeguarding, and Swim Coaching/Teaching (Level 2 or equivalent preferred).
  • Knowledge of child safeguarding policies and safety standards.
