Job Responsibilities
">- Foster strong relationships with families by warmly welcoming customers and communicating clearly and professionally with both prospective and current customers.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service in every interaction, setting a positive example for colleagues.
- Ensure teaching areas are properly prepared before each shift, clean and maintain pool areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment, and teach swimming lessons in alignment with the Aqua-Tots curriculum.
- Provide parents with clear and knowledgeable responses regarding their child's progression and accurately complete Aqua Cards for each lesson.
