Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to attract, engage, and recruit top talent. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the company's workforce by ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process, strengthening employer branding, and aligning recruitment initiatives with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of talent market trends, best hiring practices, and employer branding strategies to attract top professionals who contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Identify and leverage diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Enhance employer branding by collaborating with marketing and HR teams to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry professionals to develop a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Optimize the candidate experience by streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Utilize data-driven insights and key recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or workforce planning, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong expertise in employer branding, candidate engagement, and diversity hiring.
- Proficiency in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strategic focus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, depending on the company's requirements.
