Job Description:
The Operational Excellence Specialist is a dynamic and integral role within our organization, focusing on process optimization, data analysis, and quality improvement. As a junior member of the team, the incumbent will possess a foundational understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies and will actively contribute to various operational projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing waste across departments. This position necessitates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and applying operational excellence frameworks while supporting senior team members in executing continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Job Requirements:
