As a Classified Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely support and solutions to customer queries, maintaining high customer satisfaction;
  • Sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business;
  • Ensuring the prompt collection of listings from customers to keep the inventory up-to-date;
  • Working closely with the sales teams to develop the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and opportunities, contributing to completing sales targets;
  • Managing the sales funnel, tracking the progress of leads and opportunities to ensure effective sales processes;
  • Identifying and creating upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and increase revenue;
  • Handling the activation of customer accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process;
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system;
  • Staying updated with product information to address customer queries and provide accurate information effectively;
  • Achieving daily targets for calls, listings collection, push meetings, and meetings authentication to ensure productivity and goal attainment;
  • Initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in operations, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred;
  • (1-2) years of account management experience;
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota, preferably over the phone;
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written);
  • Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry;
  • Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems & solutions;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to follow scripts;
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills;
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals to close sales.
