About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence by managing social media channels, capturing high-quality event photographs, and creating engaging content. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to a growing events management company known for delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
  2. Plan, create, and schedule content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  3. Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to build community engagement.
  4. Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  1. Photography:
  2. Attend events to capture professional, high-quality photographs and videos.
  3. Edit and enhance images/videos for use across digital platforms.
  4. Maintain a well-organized archive of visual content for future use.
  1. Content Creation:
  2. Develop creative concepts and compelling written content for posts, captions, blogs, and newsletters.
  3. Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends to produce innovative and relevant content.
  1. Marketing Support:
  2. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  3. Support the team with event marketing strategies, including email campaigns and partnerships.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, photography, or content creation (1-2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of the events management industry is a plus.
