Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government portals. The HR Coordinator will handle various HR functions, including employee relations, documentation, and government-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Government Relations & Portal Management:
    1. Handle all HR-related tasks on government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRSD.
    2. Process visa applications, renewals, Iqama issuance, transfers, and cancellations.
    3. Stay updated with any changes in government regulations and ensure company compliance.
  2. Employee Records & Documentation:
    1. Maintain and update employee records in line with company and legal requirements.
    2. Prepare and issue official letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
    3. Assist in managing employee files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    1. Support the payroll process by providing accurate employee information and required documentation.
    2. Manage GOSI registrations, terminations, and updates.
    3. Assist with the calculation and processing of end-of-service benefits.
  4. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    1. Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews.
    2. Ensure all new hires complete the required government processes and documentation.
  5. Employee Relations & Support:
    1. Provide HR support to employees, addressing inquiries related to labour laws, company policies, and benefits.
    2. Assist with resolving employee concerns in accordance with company procedures.
  6. Compliance & Reporting:
    1. Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  4. Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with government portals like GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRSD.
  5. Strong understanding of Saudi labour laws and regulations.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. A good accounting background is preferred.
  9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Proactive and able to work independently.
  11. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  12. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
