The IT Professional is an effective team player who coordinates and communicates project specifications and timelines of our IT solutions.

He is responsible for promoting IT Solutions (ITS) and helping customers in optimizing their workflow.

He leads customer planning and implementation efforts of application systems products to include customer training and system installation, maximizing utilization, monitoring the installed systems & providing assistance with technical issues. He will provide onsite and remote support to customers experiencing problems with systems products and work closely together with the sales & service team during the sales-cycle where he actively involves in pre and post ITS sale.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be working in remote work set-up.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Customer focused individual providing onsite and/or remote customer support to ensure that customer problems with Radiometer's software systems are resolved quickly bringing appropriate resources to the table as required by the customer situation.
  • Participates in the sales cycle to assure compliance with standard system product offerings, create awareness of product functionality and standard interface concepts (ASTM, HL7) with customer hospital and laboratory information systems.
  • Implements and adheres to Radiometer sub policies and procedures for compliance regulations and reporting.
  • Leads the effort and execution of plans/projects to implement systems in the customer's hospital setting.
  • Ensures the ongoing effective use of the systems products through the initial and ongoing delivery of training.
  • May participate in other projects outside of normal responsibilities to help improve company business practices and associate development.
  • Markets and sells service to Radiometer customers.
  • Acts as a consultant to the customers in regard to their 360-degree needs for service and support (both analyzer, application, IT, IoT and Cyber Security).
  • Attend and participate in Sales Presentations within own region.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • Arabic language and English working proficiency.
  • 7+ years' experience as a systems analyst in a healthcare environment.
  • HL7 and ASTM knowledge - Message types (reading, understanding and analysis).
  • Fluent in Transact-SQL, JavaScript, XML, XSL, HTML, and Microsoft SQL server, Database Administration (Installation, backup, restore, queries and data structure).
  • Server configuration and Mirth Connect knowledge.
  • SSRS (Microsoft report server) knowledge – installation, implementation, report design and implementation.
  • Strong project management and daily management skills.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred.
  • Knowledge of LIS vendors (Meditech, Epic, Cerner, Sunquest) preferred.
  • Understanding Laboratories and hospitals IT systems workflow.
  • 70% travel within KSA for customer visits.
