The Government Relations Specialist will act as a liaison between the organization and government officials building and maintaining positive relationships to enhance the companys reputation and operational efficiency.



Responsibilities:

o Facilitates all companys affairs with governmental agencies chamber of commerce customs and labor offices.

o Completes residence permits registration forms exit reentry requests entry visa requests from foreign embassies and visit visa requests.

o Reviews administrative affairs and government relations policies & procedures manuals and forms.

o Administers the custom clearance for all TAMIMI imported products.

o Establishes and maintains good relationships with governmental agencies chamber of commerce and custom department.

o Receives and distributes all mail as appropriate and maintains log for control purposes.

o Assists in handling employees affairs with government agencies as possible.

o Maintains employees Iqama books and passports with the head office.

o Maintains updated forms and applications in the head office and company branches.

o Performs any other related function as directed.

Knowledge

  • Thorough knowledge of Governmental procedures and forms.
  • Thorough knowledge of Developing administrative policy and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Political Science Public Administration Law or a related.
  • Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian government structures regulations and political landscape. (Transportation field )
  • Proven experience in government relations public affairs especially transportation field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and develop effective strategies.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
