Job Description: Lead C&B Company: ENGIE Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs
  • Create and manage salary structures and job evaluation systems
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Design and administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance retirement plans and leave policies
  • Oversee the payroll functions and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage and analyze compensation data provide reports and make recommendations for adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with management and HR teams to develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits matters to HR team and employees
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures job evaluation and benefits administration
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply labor laws and regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Prior experience in managing payroll processes
  • Experience in multinational companies or similar complex organizations
  • Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g. CCP GRP) is a plus
