As an Outdoor Sales Representative you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the outdoor equipment market.

You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to provide valuable insights and feedback ultimately driving sales and revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the outdoor retail market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling and networking
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service resolve any issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities including leads sales calls and followups using our CRM system
  • Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in outdoor sales preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Passion for the outdoors and knowledge of outdoor equipment and supplies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings industry events and trade shows
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience using CRM systems
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
