CCDS, a leading provider of information technology and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative at CCDS, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, as well as conducting sales calls and presentations to potential clients. You will work closely with our Account Managers to develop and close deals, and achieve sales targets. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about technology and cybersecurity, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to showcase CCDS's products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and close sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity solutions and services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and services is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
