We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join a well established company in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of category management analytics and negotiation with premium brand partners. Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or the broader MENA region is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Drive brand positioning and awareness in the market.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and consumer insights.
Category Management:
  • Oversee product category planning and performance.
  • Analyze sales data to determine category performance and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize product assortments.
Analytics:
  • Utilize data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes.
Negotiation and Partnership Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with premium brand partners.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with partnership terms.
Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a highperforming marketing team.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Market Expertise:
  • Leverage indepth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and food industry.
  • Stay updated on regional regulations cultural trends and economic conditions.
  • Adapt marketing strategies to meet local market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
    • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in the food industry.
    • Proven track record in category management analytics and negotiation.
    • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the MENA region is mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
    • Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools.
