The project CEC Citizen Energy Communities in Adeje, Tenerife, has successfully conducted a first pilot and is now preparing for the next We will create sustainable change, create a movement and sell energy community We are in Phase 2 and as we expand to 6 new communities in Phase 3 our team requires appropriate expertise: An operative implementer that creates a pure incentive based new direct sales model and proves that MLM supports the sales targets in a cost-efficient We need support in the final conception, the construction, the start-up and the adaptation of the We are seeking an impacting personality that can create a movement and is committed to our story (We are sustainable, we act local and we connect people). Someone who has the knowledge and experience to build, launch and keep an MLM organization alive and then sustainably handing his/her work over to a local - this is a linchpin for the We act local and in the local you have only one chance to



Requirements


Skills:


Profile / Experience:
Many years of international experience in the sales environment along the career chain experience in selling in various channels ( Door2Door, promotion, telephone acquisition) with different customers ( new customers, existing customers) and various products ( energy, beauty, insurance)
experience with the successful management of sales teams, ideally with the development of a sales organization and/or sales team
Experience in MLM
Experience in building new organizations
Experience in training and motivating new employees in sales
Sales experience from various industries, ideally also the energy industry

Education:
Practical experience and motivation are more important to us than degrees

Necessary competencies (must have):
Methodology Competence in setting up a sales/MLM organization (conception, adaptation, change)
Social competence :conflict resolution, appreciation, emotional intelligence
Personality requirements: charisma, extroverted personality, flexible, initiative, self- and time-management, resilience

Language skills:
As many as possible, but Spanish, English in any
