The firm is strengthening its team by recruiting an Associate within the Patent division on retainership
A Patent Associate reports to a ;Stratjuris is Looking for people who are passionate about science and technological An ideal candidate should have the patience to read and write a lot of Research Papers and scientific ;
The Candidate will be recruited on Probation for three months wherein he/she will be Trained on Various Aspects of Patents and other Intellectual Property ;
Broad outline of responsibilities of the Retainer are as follows:
- Conducting Patent Research activities (Patent Prior Art Search, Patent Invalidity Search )
- Drafting Patent Specifications
- Drafting Response to Patent Examination Reports
- Patent filing and docketing
- Attending training programs
- Attending Inventor discussions and other business queries inside or outside office or over the phone
- Writing Articles on Patent Law
RequirementsExperience
Freshers: 0-1
Qualification
The Candidate should be a qualified Engineer/Post-Graduate in any of the following disciplines:

Interview
The Interview Process at Stratjuris is divided in to three Rounds, which may take at least a day or more to ;
Round 1 involves Test for English Proficiency wherein GRAMMAR & VOCABULARY, LISTENING COMPREHENSION and READING COMPREHENSION are
Round 2 involves Test for Advanced understanding of the Inventions involved in day to day life of a Patent Associate are tested
Round 3 involves a face to face Personal Interview of the Candidate in which the Capabilities of the Candidate corresponding to Leadership Skills, Confidence, Stability, Subject Matter Knowledge and other interpersonal skills are
If a candidate clears all three rounds, an offer is extended to the candidate subject to his/her acceptance in a Given ;

Retainership
All recruitment are on Retainership basis and there is no Employer-Employee A fixed amount of Retainership fee is provided on a monthly basis after deducting Tax at Source @ 10%.
Working Hours and Leaves
Working Hours of the firm are am to pm (Monday to Friday) and am to pm (on Even Saturdays). Odd Saturdays and Sundays are observed as Non working Besides this the firm provides 2 Paid leaves every month and 13 Festival and National Holidays in a ;
