Job Summary:

The legal Manager is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of the organization. This roleinvolves providing strategic legal guidance on all matters affecting the company includingcorporate governance litigation compliance contracts intellectual property and public policy.
The Legal Manager ensures that the company always operates within the law counsels on legalrights and duties and manages the internal legal function and external legal resources.

Theideal candidate will have a proven track record in legal leadership with strong analytical skillsand the ability to navigate complex legal issues in a fastpaced environment.

Job Description:

Provide executive leadership oversight and direction of all legal matters including
contracts regulatory compliance litigation and corporate governance.
Represent the companys legal interests in interactions with external parties regulatorsand stakeholders.
Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate
legal risks and ensure ethical conduct.
Review draft and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts with clientssuppliers partners and employees.
Ensure that contracts comply with legal regulatory and organizational policies and
procedures.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and recommendproactive strategies to address legal challenges.
Lead and manage the legal team by providing guidance mentorship and fostering a
highperformance culture.
Provide legal advice and guidance to company management on a variety of issues.
Advise on corporate governance practices and corporate secretarial functions ensuringcompliance with statutes and regulations.
Guide the board of directors and senior management on the legal implications of
corporate strategies and decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Masters degree in law is a must.
  • A minimum of 9 years of legal experience in a corporate legal department with a
    significant portion of that experience in a leadership role or large law firms.
    Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry and sectorspecific laws and
    regulations.
    Proven track record in negotiations contract management and risk assessment.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate andnegotiate effectively at all levels.

Work Conditions:

  • Onsite.
  • 8 working hours 2 days off.
