IT Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the maintenance, support, and optimization of all IT systems, including networks, servers, storage, and telecommunications.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure to support business operations.
- Manage the implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead IT service delivery, ensuring that all services meet or exceed agreed-upon service levels.
- Develop and enforce IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee incident management and ensure timely resolution of IT issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development for the IT operations team.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding of new IT staff.
- Develop and manage the IT operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Oversee the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure IT operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to implement and maintain security protocols, including data protection, access control, and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor compliance with security policies and respond to any security incidents.
- Continuously assess and improve IT processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement automation and monitoring tools to streamline IT operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Drive IT operations towards continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT operations, including performance metrics, incident reports, and project status updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing transparency on IT operations and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and inquiries within the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT operations management, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of ITIL, project management methodologies, and relevant compliance standards.
