Engineer - Structural

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and development of offshore structures, equipment and processes.
- Interpret and analyze data, trends and research related to the design and development of offshore structures.
- Ensure the structural design complies with international codes and standards.
- Evaluate structural threats and potential failures, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to other engineers and teams within the organization.
- Provide guidance on best practices for structural engineering.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities in the industry and stay up to date with the latest trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Expertise in structural analysis software, such as STAAD, ANSYS, or SAP2000.
- Experience with offshore oil and gas structures and/or subsea engineering.
- Excellent analytical skills and able to handle complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and able to solve problems efficiently.
