**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As HR Senior Specialist you will be an integral part of our HR Operations team. HR Operations forms the backbone of our People organization, making sure that all formal employment conditions and documentation is in place for all our staff. The team consists of 7 members, led by the HR Operations Manager.

This means that you’ll
- Ensure the effective and efficient execution of all processes related to formal employment in Riyadh’s office throughout the employee's lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, managing end-to-end processes for onboarding and offboarding of all Riyadh’s employees,
- Oversee the onboarding and off-boarding process in Riyadh, which includes welcome calls, processing/cancelling/transferring iqamas, GOSI registration/deregistration and ensuring accurate and timely completion of government transactions.
- Ensure the proper completion of all Riyadh’s employee agreement documentation and timely delivery of all necessary letters and documents required by employees with accuracy and efficiency.
- Take a proactive approach in identifying areas of improvement in internal processes within the Riyadh HR Operations function. Propose solutions to the HR Operations Manager and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality operations in the department.
- Be the first point of escalation for all Riyadh’s HR Operations issues
- Independently manage the scope of work and provide training, monitoring, and coaching to junior team members in Riyadh on various HR Operations topics.
- To stay updated with the ongoing and rapid changes in employment laws and regulations, and proactively develop implementation plans to effectively adopt these changes.
- Oversee the management of Riyadh’s HR support service vendors, ensuring their correct onboarding and adherence to BCG's compliance values.
- Establish and maintain processes for ongoing review of critical documents shared with employees, aiming to uphold high standards of attention to detail and accuracy.

- You possess advanced expertise in KSA-related matters, including KSA Labor law, employee policies, and Saudization regulations.
- You are highly capable in demonstrating a broad working knowledge of your primary. function and leverage your past experiences to take on new projects and work as directed

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Relevant bachelor's degree plus 5 years relevant experience, preferably at a professional services firm in managing strong pipeline of expats KSA resident permits (iqamas)
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic
- Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to use data-based systems and report running
- Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You will be working with the HR Team and will be reporting to the HR Operations Manager. You will be regularly interacting with internal teams, ME leadership team as well as external vendors.
