Business Analyst

**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY**:

- Collaborate with BU operations, finance, HR, and corporate localization unit teams to compile data and information for IKTVA program surveys.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual certification and audit process for localization programs, including interacting with auditors and submitting required documentation.
- Work closely with relevant departments to develop a comprehensive 5-year localization action plan and forecast at both company/entity and contact levels.
- Prepare quarterly and monthly reports on localization progress, ensuring timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and requirements of localization programs such as IKTVA, local content, and others.
- Manage the uploading of surveys and related information for localization programs through online portals.
- Address inquiries from Saudi Aramco, LCGPA, and other relevant entities regarding localization programs.
- Provide support to the commercial team during the billing process, including reconciling time sheets, generating invoices, and managing customer portals.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the direct manager.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail.
- Experience working in the GCC region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.

**Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 0-3 Years experience in IKTVA activities
- Arabic language and English language fluency required

**Quality Assurance**:

- Understanding IKTVA Requirements
- Training on collecting and analyzing data for IKTVA program surveys.
- Introduction to data validation techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability.

**Training**:

- Development of effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Training on prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Familiarization with internal systems and databases used for IKTVA reporting.
- Troubleshooting common issues and optimizing workflow through software utilization.
