**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the supervision and management of restoration projects, overseeing all phases of project execution from planning to completion.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that restoration work meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain project objectives and financial targets.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in restoration techniques, materials, and methodologies, addressing technical challenges and design conflicts as they arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence, to support project accountability and transparency.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with restoration projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, historic preservation guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations governing restoration projects.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional licensure as an Architect or Engineer (PE) is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project supervision, with a focus on restoration projects.
- Strong technical expertise in restoration techniques, materials, and methodologies, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, historic preservation guidelines, and other regulatory requirements applicable to restoration projects.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
