**Human Resource ZOHO ERP Specialist**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- System Administration: Manage and oversee the Zoho ERP system, including user access, permissions, and system configurations. Ensure that the system is optimized to meet the needs of the HR department and the organization as a whole.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the Zoho ERP system, including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Utilize the Zoho ERP system to manage the recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to tracking applicant information and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes using the Zoho ERP system. Track employee goals, performance reviews, and development plans to support continuous improvement and career development.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development initiatives through the Zoho ERP system. Track training activities, manage course enrollment, and monitor employee progress towards skill development goals.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration functions within the Zoho ERP system. Ensure accurate calculation of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits, and facilitate timely payroll disbursements.
- Compliance and Reporting: Use the Zoho ERP system to generate reports and analyze HR data for compliance purposes and decision-making. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Employee Self-Service: Enable and support employee self-service features within the Zoho ERP system, allowing employees to access and update their personal information, view pay stubs, request time off, and participate in HR processes autonomously.
- Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to integrate HR processes with other business functions within the Zoho ERP system. Ensure seamless data flow and communication across different modules and departments.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Qualifications for a Human Resource Specialist who is an expert with the Zoho ERP system typically include a combination of education, skills, and experience. Here's a list of qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Prior experience working in human resources, with a focus on HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) administration and implementation, is highly desirable. Experience specifically with the Zoho ERP system or similar ERP systems is a significant asset.
- Zoho ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise in utilizing the Zoho ERP system for HR functions, including system administration, data management, reporting, and integration with other modules. Experience in configuring and customizing Zoho ERP to meet specific HR requirements is preferred.
- HR Knowledge: A strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and processes is essential. This includes knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HRIS software, including the Zoho ERP system, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with database management, data analysis, and report generation tools is beneficial.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with HR team members, other departments, and external stakeholders. This includes the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
