**Overview**

POSITION OVERVIEWThe Site Expert Trainer (SET) is a full time role based at a factory. The SET is expected tohave a comprehensive understanding of all technical aspects concerning their chosen fieldof expertise. The core function(s) of the role are to assist the business in delivering itsproductivity agenda, build technical capability & deliver KPI targets at their home site.

**Responsibilities**

Assist the factory to deliver KPI targets
- Support, develop & implement productivity initiatives
- Build technical capability through operator training & certification
- Ensure the safe operation of all plant & equipment
- Maintain PepsiCo standards for Labour, Quality & Performance
- Participate in Sector / Business Unit events such as equipment commissioning’s,audits, Deep Dives, Starfleet Visits etc.- Complete & report on Site IPS Audits, Participate in Sector / BU lead IPS Auditactivities
- Support Gold Standard production runs to benchmark product quality (as required)

**Qualifications**

ALIFICATIONS / SKILLS- Technical Degree (Engineering Degree preferred)
- Good English language skills (reading writing, verbal communication)
- Minimum of 6 months experience running the equipment
- Demonstrates a high level of technical competency
- Ability to influence others
- Shows leadership skills
- Computer Skills ( Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Completed a course in Facilitator Training
- Understands Factory KPI’s & contributes to their achievement
- Is able to travel as
