**What You’ll Do?**

The Area Sales Manager will support and generate STANLEY sales from Channel Partners in the Trade in Saudi Arabia. The job role involves setting and meeting sales targets for a specific territory, managing commercial business objectives, developing communication strategies to improve relationships with trade partners, managing operational requirements of the market, presenting to key accounts, exploring new distribution channels, and implementing actions based on market requirements.

He will be responsible to drive all product promotions, brand management and consistently maintain merchandising standards; develop, manage, and implement sales projects that drive acquisition of customers, branding and POS communication across all channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales through our partners in Saudi Arabia to the trade channel and ensure achievement of targets i.e., monthly, quarterly, annually through development, effective participation and coordination of sales strategies and activities.
- Scope for additional opportunities that can give incremental growth - related to product expansion and / or distribution channel expansion.
- Develop, supervise, co-ordinate and participate in sales and promotion programs aimed at market penetration, acquisition, and growth.
- Liaise with Distributors team to ensure fulfilment of orders through the channel partners to Dealers.
- Monitor sales and market share and implement strategies to counter downturns.
- Manage the briefing process, day to day evaluation, co-ordination, and control of support agencies in delivering campaigns.
- Manage marketing support and promotion materials. Develop branding communication specific to channels.
- Effectively monitor and control sales programs and projects. Execute projects aimed at quality acquisition, growth, and retention of customers.
- Advise on appropriate products for the market.
- Drive customer satisfaction.

**What We Need?**

Experience in planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising activities, possess excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with clients at different levels and cooperate with dealers and both internal and external customers. Additionally, he should have commercial awareness and the ability to identify market opportunities, as well as the ability to learn and research new ways to penetrate the market and grow revenue.

Excellent customer focus and strong key account management skills, demonstrate teamwork by engaging cross-functional support, exhibit planning and implementation skills, possess personal and professional integrity, have a high level of drive, energy, enthusiasm, and determination to succeed, as well as technical understanding of products and commercial awareness.
- ** Education**, a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales, and marketing (an MBA a bonus) with at least 5 years of relevant experience (sales distribution, channel execution, and administration)

- ** Excellent Planning & Organization** skills which is crucial for handling multiple tasks and keeping track of customer and product information.
