Risk & Project Governance for Ma’aden Transformation Project

**3. Communications & Working Relationships:

All Ma’aden affiliates across all levels of hierarchy

Externally:
Implementation Contractor

**4. Qualifications, Experience and Core Skills:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in management / Similar fields

Additional Qualifications (preferred):
Certifications in Risk Management

Min Technical / Functional Experience:
7 years

Min Leadership / Management Experience (if applicable)

3 years

Core Skills:
Risk Management, Communication, Project Management, Project Governance, Supplier Relationships management, Standard Operating Procedures

**5. Key Accountabilities:
**Description
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Develop, Implement and Sustain an effective Risk and Governance strategy for MTP Project

Unresolved risks, audit points or other issues

Lead time to resolve issues

Compliance with policies

Making sure all project risks and issues are proactively captured and mitigated to ensure program success

Responsible for maintaining the RAID log

Follow necessary process to review, escalate, follow-up, monitor implementation of corrective action and report of risks and issues

Conduct governance / risk review meetings

Monitor the performance of the implementation partner against contract and making sure all deliverables are completed before sign-offs

Maintaining project documentation of all deliverables and milestones

Work with different project stakeholders to ensure successful completion of milestones

Report / escalate any risks that could impede the milestones

Review and approve payment milestones

Ensure compliance with all Ma’aden policies and procedures

Coordinate internal audits & Ensure timely closure of any governance, compliance related feedback from Internal audit or business leadership
