Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot.
- Conceptualize and implement comprehensive design strategies for WordPress websites, with a focus on HubSpot integration.
- Create high-quality designs, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes for WordPress websites integrated with HubSpot.
- Design WordPress-specific UI elements and tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, while considering HubSpot integration.
- Integrate HubSpot features and functionalities into WordPress websites, including lead capture forms, contact management, and marketing automation.
- Conduct regular analysis of WordPress website and landing page performance within the HubSpot ecosystem, providing insights and identifying areas for improvement.
- Perform A/B split and multivariate testing for WordPress landing pages and popular content pages integrated with HubSpot.
- Manage WordPress website(s) and landing pages within the HubSpot platform to optimize lead generation and marketing efforts.
- Optimize paid and earned media channels to maximize clicks, conversions, and lead generation for WordPress websites integrated with HubSpot.
- Test and refine UI elements, page layouts, designs, flows, and links for WordPress landing pages with HubSpot integration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, as well as internal and external designers, to deliver tailored digital experiences on WordPress websites integrated with HubSpot.
- Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior on WordPress websites integrated with HubSpot.
- Ensure adherence to style standards for typography and graphic design in WordPress websites integrated with HubSpot.

Qualifications Needed:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or web development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress website development, specifically with HubSpot integration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing WordPress website designs and successful HubSpot integration projects.
- Proficient in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience in integrating and utilizing HubSpot features and functionalities within WordPress websites.
- Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and webhooks for advanced integrations.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
