**The Membership Manager is responsible for overseeing the membership program of an organization, ensuring its growth and retention. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and exceptional communication skills. The Membership Manager works closely with various departments, stakeholders, and members to create and implement strategies that promote member engagement, satisfaction, and overall organizational success.**

Role and Responsibilities
1. Membership Program Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain members, including identifying target markets, creating membership packages, and implementing marketing campaigns.

2. Member Engagement: Foster strong relationships with current and prospective members by understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and offering relevant resources and benefits. Develop and oversee member engagement initiatives, such as networking events, and member-exclusive opportunities.

3. Retention and Renewals: Implement strategies to enhance member retention rates and increase membership renewals. Analyze member feedback, conduct surveys, and recommend improvements to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including contact information, payment status, and engagement activities. Utilize membership management software and tools to track member data, generate reports, and analyze membership trends.

5. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the membership budget, including forecasting revenue, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial accountability. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on membership statistics, trends, and engagement levels. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable insights, and present findings to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in membership management, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of membership-based organizations, their dynamics, and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Arabic and English with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including marketing campaigns and member engagement programs.
- Proficiency in using membership management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with members, stakeholders, and partners.
- Knowledge of budgeting.
