Logistics Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
As a Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation to meet our delivery commitments.
- Analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders to expedite our procurement process.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments, maintaining our commitment to quality.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity to make informed decisions.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues to maintain a smooth flow of goods.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers to enhance our supply chain partnerships.
- Answering customer queries professionally and promptly.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
In addition to the core responsibilities, this role includes:

- Capable of handling the process of loading and unloading cargo at all stages of transportation.
- Executing day-to-day operations for airfreight, ocean freight, air freight & customs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes.
- Participating in negotiations with carriers to determine the most effective shipment routes and methods.
- Tracking the movement of freight and providing timely reports to management.
- Utilizing strong motivation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to enhance logistics operations.
- Demonstrating excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software to streamline logistics management and analysis.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- At least 2 years of experience in logistics management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach.

**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
